Do You Think It Will Ever Be Possible to Regenerate Eyebrow Follicles Treated by Electrolysis?

A year and a half ago an electrologist removed a large portion of my eyebrows without my permission. I was a beautiful woman and it ruined my looks. Do you think the technology will ever be developed to regenerate the treated eyebrow follicles so that I could get my original eyebrows back? What kind of technology do you think would be necessary to do this (Acell, stem cell therapy, etc.) and when do you think it will be developed?
