Reduction and augmentation at the same time?

Before pregnancy I was a perky 34B & now I'm a very saggy 32DD (with volume loss in the upper part of the breast & weird areolas). What procedure allows tissue removal so I can be a C-cup but still nicely shaped again with normal nipples? (Reduction, lift, implants, no implants?) Thanks!

Hi what did you decide. I have the same problem. I was thinking. Reduction, lift and implant. A consult dr basically said I was crazy but I want volume on top.
