4 days post op TT/BR. What should I do to reduce swelling in my ab region besides using the compression garment?

can i take something to stop swelling after tummy tuck
It has been 16 days since I had my tummy tuck & Liposuction. Been wearing my garment 24/7, drinking water, eating healthy, taking Ibuprofen and massaging my belly where it is swollen and hard. Is there any suggestions to get the swelling down and hardness to easy up? I will try to post a picture sometime today or tomorrow to show you.
