How can we reduce pimples on face

Is there any solution for reducing pimples on face. Can you please suggest me........

I would encourage you to visit a dermatologist so that they can assess your skin and help  you formulate a plan to take care of the pimples. There are many different approaches to acne treatment, and how well they work depends on a number of factors such as what is causing the acne (stress, hormones, skincare, etc), your age, and the type of pimples they are.
