Is red, swelling, discomfort normal 8 weeks after breast augmentation?

I had mastopexy and breast augmentation 8 weeks ago. My right nipple is very swollen, soft and flat. The scar around my areola is red and uncomfortable. The left nipple scar looks great. The right is very shiney and sore to the touch.

Is this normal or do I need to contact my surgeon? I'm not scheduled to see him for 5 more weeks. Thanks!

If you have redness, pain, then you must see your Plastic Surgeon Immediatly. The picture does not show much but an exam will determine if there is a problem or not
