Recover funds from Care credit?

i am writing in hopes of getting my refund and putting a stop to this lipo dissolve crap. i am a healthy 31 year old. 5 ' 8 and about 145 pounds but like all women, i have celulite and was promised at me "free comsultation" that i was a perfect candidate! "funny...i think they tell everyone the same thing". she assured me that i only needed 4 treatments but that i was approved for 8 at $2500.00 credit. she said i would see major results within the 2nd treatment. i am now on my 5th treatment..and guess what??? no results...nada!!! a bunch of bull. the only thing i have experienced is welches on my thighs and butt and tortureous pain for days and lumps that won't go away after 2 months already. everytime i go back, its some bullcrap story. "let me inject you with more meds" or "you will defintelly see results after this next session" give me a break. i want my money back and want to stop this crap. the only thing they are injecting people with is a bunch of bull..... please help

i went to lippo dissolve in chesterfield, mo. i paid to have my upper and lower abs done. i went thru the whole process of 24 injection every two weeks. after months of me gaining weight and not losing any thing i asked them why was i getting bigger instead of smaller, they said i should get my thyroids checked. i told them thats a joke i had just had a check up and had a clean bill of health. i told them i wanted a full refund and they told me they will up the doseage of my injection first and then i would get a refund if it did not work. i told them no way was i going thru a third set of injection because at this point i had been going for 6mth. to this day i have not recieved a refund. please help me i want my money back. has anyone got a refund and if so how? p.s my sister also went with no results and also one of my co-workers.

lipodissolve owes me $6000, service was done in Chesterfield Missouri, Need help, BBB was contacted, but no help. I followed everything, of course, I had several different techs, that did injections, and they told me that, if I didn't, continue, I would not get a refund, I did and then they told me after that and after they took photos, they told me that I had to continue, to give them a chance to see results, I did, however, the pain was so severe and the swelling was as if I were 6 mos. preg.and down time was days, I also gained inches. They refused to listen. Some one has got to help.

I will be pursuing getting my money back for lipsisolve treatment. My stomach is fatter I am out of $3900 and I truly believe I was injected with fat. Each treatment was so painful with pain that lasted days. I feel like such a fat fool

Hello, I have a bill from CareCredit in the amount of $3000 for the procedures that I had done with FIG in Georgia. Just like the other ladies I was promised a full refund if I was not satisfied with the outcome. I never finished my sessions since they sent an email out saying that they were closing there doors. I am not sorry that they closed since the procedures were so painful that each time I would finished I would literally have to move into one of our guest rooms and stay their for a few nights since the bed was lower and easier to get out of. I would be so swollen that you thought that I was 7 months pregnant. I expect them to give me a full refund or send the money straight to CareCredit to pay this debt. Otherwise this is going to mess up my credit and I worked to hard to have good credit. I am very disappointed and I hope that someone will start a class action lawsuit and I will be right there to sign up. Thanks Deirdre

Looks like my story is no different than any others except for the fact that i had my thyroid gland removed during my lipo treatment process so they said this is why i gained weight and inches, not because their treatment was ineffective. I also gained 12 pounds and gained inches after completing 9 treatments.

I have also had my own troubles with Care Credit. But it was for a dental bill. Once I signed up with care credit they paid the dentist when I hadn't even had ANY WORK DONE YET. The payments kept getting higher, so I took out a loan to pay it off. They quoted me the wrong amount, so now they say I still owe them money. It is totally ridiculous. I would love to file a class action suit against them-since a co-worker of mine has also had bad dealings with them.

I am writing you with interest in the Class Action Suit between CareCredit and FIG / LD. I received 3 of 12 treatments from FIG before they closed their doors in Dec. 07’. I opened a CARECREDIT account in the FIG office in July 07’ for $4000.00 and promised per my CARECREDIT agreement that it would be paid off within one yr. I also set up for ACH payment to be drafted from my checking account monthly for $271.00 to pay CareCredit. After the doors closed and I realized that FIG was no longer in business I contacted Care Credit. I was assured by the phone rep. that there were plenty of claims and opened disputes with FIG and it would be taken care of, but it may take some time. She recommended that I continue making my payments and sent me a Dispute letter. I filed the dispute and continued making my payments. I was nervous to NOT pay them because I didn’t want to further damage my “not so perfect” credit. At this point I had already paid half of what was owed to them. In the meantime I was receiving legal documents from some court in St. Louis that there was Chapter 11 and things of that nature pending. In June 08’ (7 months since my last treatment) and only 2 payments remaining before Care Credit was paid off I received a letter from CareCredit that stated that the dispute was granted in my favor and they would credit my account $780.00. ….ok $780.00 is all that I owed them- what about all the money that I ALREADY PAID! Needless to say I was not happy with this resolution , so I called and spoke to another CareCredit rep. that told me that I needed to open another dispute and he would send me out the form. It came, I filled it out and waited for a response. I received a generic response that they were investigating my dispute and I would be contacted by mail with a response. I was in the process of moving to Georgia to open a business, but I kept a look out for the response… and NOTHING ever came. I called ANOTHER rep. 3 weeks ago to make sure they had my new address on file and check on the status of the dispute and she informed me that my dispute was resolved (not in my favor) and a letter would be sent out to me explaining the details. The next piece of communication from CareCredit that I received was a letter stating that they were lowering my credit limit to $700.00. (from $4000.00) Now I am REALLY upset!! So I call AGAIN! Now I get someone on the phone that understands and re-opens the dispute. But as you can guess, she is sending me another dispute form. What can you recommend that I do.
