Recommendations for botox injections in DC, MD, VA area?

Would like to get botox to deal with my deep forehead wrinkles. The last time I did it, loved the results, but it took 3 trips to the surgeon to fully affect my very strong brow -- costing $1200! I'd do this regularly if I could find a reasonably priced but good doctor. Help appreciated!!!

I just pulled up the website you referenced and it looks like a training course, which seems risky to me (essentially they would be learning on you).  Have you received injections from them?
