Anyone have a recommendation for tattoo removal in Marin County area of California? Bad lip job-color goes 3/16" below my bottom

lip so just need that excess lasered, not any part of the lip itself.  The color is 1/2 raison + 1/2 pink mix to make a plummy color).  The lip job is 2 weeks old now.  My artist sent me to a laser gal 2 days ago (I know it wasn't a Q-switch laser, all I know is that she used the yellow light wand but my area has not scabbed or anything so not sure it even worked.  I realize some color could fade in the next several weeks but it's obvious I'm going to need more treatments.  Thank you!
