Need recommendation for plastic surgeon in SF bay area who is expert with fillers

I am looking to get filler between my lower eye and upper cheek areas where fullness has been lost. I am 44. I have horizontal lines between my lower eye and upper cheek area and want to get a natural looking, safe result that makes me look less old! What are the best resources to use to find someone who is an expert at fillers like Restylane and who will not recommend things that I really do not need? My biggest worries are expertise and taking a minimalist approach so that it looks natural and not like someone on a reality show. I do want to keep costs down but not at the risk of a less than pleasing result.
