Can someone recommend a good eye surgeon in Tampa bay area

I am looking for a good surgeon to do my upper lids. Am not certain if I should go to Board Certified Plast surgeon or a cosmetic opthalmologist. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon please? Kathy

I would schedule a complimentary consultation with an Cosmetic Oculoplastic surgeon. These physicians specialize in cosmetic surgery, but specific to the eyes. I would recommend Dr. William Mack, his consultation is complimentary and his staff is awesome and extremely thorough. Good luck!
