Can Anyone Recommend Experienced Doctors in LA Area That Perform Ablative, NON-fractional CO2/Er:YAG Full-face Laser?

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Richard Tholen's postings and think the combination of CO2/ER:YAG laser is the right answer for what I am looking for: Most dramatic longer-term results without surgeries, one-time procedure and minimal CUMULATIVE down time. I would love to go see Dr. Tholen but flying to MN is not feasible for my busy work schedule. Thank you.
