Recoery Time Enough??

I am 23 yrs old and have a three yr old I am getting done a tummy tuck an breast implants. the same day of my c- section I started walking that evening. Is it possible to get operated on a Wednesday and go back to work thy next Wednesday? I can't take more time off what can u recommend so I can make this possible by the way I work in an office sch'd appt and answering the phone that's it mainly
