Has any one reading this had a great buttock implant surgery anywhere in Europe or a neighbouring country ?

I live in London but surgery is way too expensive here. I went abroad 7 years ago and had a successful breast implant op. I chose a company who organise surgery. This time I want to organise my own trip. I can find many clinics and surgeons who perform this op, but the big question for me is who SPECIALISES in this more complex operation ? I havnt a clue who to choose. A recommendation from one of you good folk would be most welcome and appreciated.
