That is a great question Wayne66634. I would think that the risk would be that it could result in more sensitivity to your teeth, and possibly not be good for your gum tissue. Right diet can whiten smiles
This article has some great tips for a teeth-healthy diet, even if you're already avoiding coffee and tea. They don't mention corn on the cob but that's my personal "toothbrush food". :)
I never knew soy sauce was on the top list of staining foods!! Well, guess I'll just have to eat enough strawberries to make up for it. ;)
The National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus has recommended that Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products modify certain claims for its Reach Total Care + Whitening toothbrush to clarify that the brush whitens teeth through the abrasive action rather than through bleaching.
