Some rhinoplasty questions

When I was 17 I got surgery to correct a deviated septum, hump and crooked nose. The hump was completely smoothed out, yet the breathing issues + uneven nostrils were still there. I'm now 27 and am thinking about trying to get a revision done. I'm looking for an excellent doctor in Maryland.
I'm not sure where in Maryland you are, but here are some Baltimore doctors who do rhinoplasty.
