I am looking at purchasing a Multipurpose Laser for a medical clinic, I have found Palomar Icon and Alma Harmony XL.

I have read serveral reviews on both laser systems, I am now concerned with the feedback. We are interested in Laser Hair removal and Laser skin resurfacing. What System (any type)  do you recommend to have the best outcome from expirence within your clinic? I likes the idea of being able to switch out different heads for different services all from the same machine.
