Pros to having your breast implants removed

RealSelf member lisalou posted this fabulous list of reasons why she's getting her implants out.:

1.(Keeping implants) Might eleviate health issues
2. Run better at the gym
3. Cuddle my husband and children properly
4. Sleep on my tummy
5. Not look like a freak when laying sunbathing
6. Weight less lol
7. Not look like a road map(skin stretched over implant-veins)
8. Clothes fit better
9. No more torpedo nipples when taking my kids swimming
10. Learn to be beautiful from the inside

*Hugging is so much better without implants!
*I can lay on my stomach (and get a massage!)
*Soft boobies!
*Not being self conscious about rippling or hardness while naked
*Not worrying about waking up any day with a rupture
*No more random unexplained breast pain
*Feeling like a normal human being instead of a cyborg
*Wearing low cut tops and feeling cute instead of slutty

Isn't it just wonderful!! The night after I had my explant...my 7 yr old daughter was upset and crying...and I was able to give her a hug (ace bandages and all!) with a closeness that I missed when I had my implants. I knew at that moment...that I had definatley made the right decision!!

One of the reasons I decided to have my implants out now instead of getting them replaced was I will have to get a mammogram within the next 5 years, and am terrified of how that works with implants! Also, when I hug my dad or brother, I am so aware of these big things in me, and it is sooooo awkward!

Thanks Lisalou...i had my implants removed and my lst is:
all of the above and
1.Wearing clothes comfortably without feeling like everyones looking at my chest guessing if my breasts are real.
2. Less pain when working out.
3. Not getting freaked out as the xray tech pushes my implant into my neck to get good mammogram images. Thats just creepy!!!
