Products to use for incision/scar healing

By LR128 on 12 Mar 2011

My doctor recommended a product called Kelocote, a silicone scar gel to apply to the scars from breast reduction, I just started using it 3 days ago. I was wondering what other products any of you have used and did they help the healing/appearance of your scars? I realize it will take months for the scars to fade, I am only about 2.5 weeks post-op.

Kimmers' uses Palmer's Vitamin E therapy. Though what your doctor recommended is probably great too!

We'd love it if you'd head over to the Review community and tell us the story of your breast reduction, why you decided it was a good option for you, what size you started at and went down to, etc.

Thanks so much for starting this thread on RealSelf.
