Preventive treatment for recurring cystic acne?

I get recurrent cystic acne on my left cheek. These leave bad hyperpigmented scars which take a long time to fade. I also had a sebaceous cyst on my left cheek which was excised by a general surgeon and left a linear scar. I want to know if there is any treatment to prevent these breakouts of cystic acne (which appear only on my left cheek) and if there is any treatment for permanent cure of the acne and scars (like laser). Also, please let me know the usual costs involved for the entire treatment and if these treatments are covered by insurance.

Sounds like you have exactly what I have. I only get cystic acne on left cheek and I had sebaceous cysts on left side under chin which was removed. Mine also leave scars, which are not only red, but indented.. Let me know if you figure it out! I was wondering if it had something to do with cell phone usage or sun exposure from driving?
