Has anyone became pregnant soon after BA?

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for several years and nothing has happened, I scheduled my BA for January 2013, and we have also started seeing a specialist to help us get pregnant. I am wondering how this will work out. If I get pregnant soon after, will by breast be affected? Also wondering what will happen to my breast after breast feeding(with implants), if anyone has answers or comments I'd love to hear!

Hope this helps! And yes, your breasts could sag a bit more after pregnancy, so that's something to consider.
