Post-rhinoplasty bulbous tip and swelling after 2 years

I underwent rhinoplasty (to correct nasal depression on one side of the nose) about 2 years ago. But it turned my nose tip bulbous, though the tip was not operated on. Actually, the doctor had put excessive cartilage, so he did second op to remove excess cartilage, but he opted to that by working toward the base of my nose. The swelling has not subsided (it's extreme) and the tip is terribly bulbous. Please advise.

I'm having the same issue, it's been 2 years and the tip is still very firm and bulb and droopy. I do have to say that after the cast came off, it did look great for a bout 3 or 4 days.

Hi Ves, If you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose 18 months after your last rhinoplasty, then yes it is time to consider another revision rhinoplasty. Good luck and be well. Dr. P

A year and a half has passed and my nose is still bulbous and round, the columella is not straight and hard but soft and slightly curved, I have a custom made implant. Do you think my nose has completely healed and no more swelling should be gone now? If so I think a third nose job should be done :( Pros,cons? Please help me! thanks.
