Post op pain

I am scheduled to have my BA on Sept 10th. I am concerned about the post op pain. I am currently taking Zoloft for anxiety and I am a litttle afraid aid taking Vicodon, Valuim and the Zoloft. I probably shouldn't worry considering my surgeon amd my pharmacist both cleared the mess. Has anyone else had a similar expierence? Has anyone been able to recover with only vicodin or Valuim or even just over the counter pain meds. I am going 400cc, silicone mods, under the muscle (hoping that's big enough).

If it will be more comforting to get more feedback, you can post a question to doctors in the Q&A community. I had rhinoplasty while on Zoloft/Vicodin and things went fine. But then, that's just my experience.
