Do I Have Pollybeak Deformity and Bossae?

Hi, I'm a girl from Argentina and speak Spanish so sorry for the bad English.   I was operated 21 February 2013 to sharpen the tip of my nose. The doctor put a graft of cartilage at the tip of my nose. He use my own cartilage to create my tip. My problem is that I think my nose is forming bossae and polly beak. I'm not sure because it's still early and my nose is swollen. It feels hard on above of the tip.  Please anyone can tell me if this form is  polly beak or only inflammation? those lines on the sides will be bossae? how long I have to wait to have a revision surgery?

Hi there,

Most doctors say to wait 6 months to a year after rhinoplasty for revision so you can see how your nose with truly heal. We'd love an update from you!
