Please help, advice needed prior to implant removal

I'm due to have my 700cc implants removed in 4 weeks. I only had them done 3 years ago and I have never felt so terrible. My boobs are so big I hate them and can't wait to resize. I'm 5ft5 and curvy but want to be a b to c cup and no more. I must get it right this time. What size cc do I need?  All advice is very much appreciated. Thank you

Your concerns are valid. I normally ask patient to bring in "goal photos" and from there, I can adjust things in the operating room using temporary sizers to choose the best implants that will give you those results. I hope this helps. Tom Pousti, M.D.

Hi there,

It's hard to say what size you should get. It seems the average for your height seems to be in the 350cc range, but that's just a ballpark judging from the reviews I've read.

Thank you for your reply I'm think between a 200 and 300 cc I really don't want to be big. Before my first ba I wore a 34 b bra but didn't really fill the top part. After I had my first baby my sizes increased to a 36 b and I'd like to be about x1 size bigger. I have 3 weeks to go and I really can not wait. I just hope my surgery isn't as painful as the first time because I really struggled for 3 weeks with back ach. I'm hoping this was due to the size implant and from what I have been told it should be less painful second time around. I will keep you posted.
