Check out JenBob's 10 Things I Wish I'd Known Before A Mommy Makeover. It'll give you some good, nitty gritty input on what to expect.

Please consider hopping over to our Mommy Makeover Community and starting your story there. I've noticed that the more detail you're willing to give, the more feedback you'll generally get from the community.
