Hi. I understand how you feel, I've been there. But having been there I can tell you that they appear misshapen, especially only 2 days after surgery. Unless its really out if the ordinary i would say its normal. Your bra will form them over time. This is why you have to wear it for 7 weeks. The majority if the swelling will subside in one to two weeks. Have patience. See Dr H if it will ease your worry. He stands by his work. Keep us posted.

Hi Bella, Having been through this whole process and now at 10 weeks post op, I can tell you that there is a TON of swelling that occurs after surgery. This is normal. I was in a 36DD bra post op and now am very comfortable in a 34 C. Each week, take your pictures and you will see the difference. As far as pain, I too had that as well and pain pills really did not do much for it. The nerves take a lot of time to settle down. My pain was more like skin pain. Clothing on my body or touching the areas below each breast was painful. Dr. H said that it would resolve in time and it did! One day around 5 weeks post op, I woke up and there was absolutely no pain or that sensation that was really bothersom. Trust him... AS far as the nipples, mine were not inverted but I will say that they were flat. I did kind of wonder if they would ever perk up again but never said anything. One day, they just kind of popped out too! This whole process takes time and if it teaches you anything, it will be PATIENCE! I did have pleating around the areolas and was told that it would take 4-5 months to completely resolve. I was worried but kept wearing the bra and put aquaphor or vaseline around the nipples day and night. At 2 months out, much of that is gone and I have no doubt that by 4 months, it will be completely resolved. I am sure that your problems will as well. Try not to focus/ freak out on the issues at hand too much at this point, do what they tell you to do and keep in close contact with Dr. H. He does stand by his work and is there for you. Feel free to message me any time. By the way, do you think that muscle relaxers might help with your type of pain? Just wondering....

Bella I agree with Living Dreams. The pain was rough at first and I found that the muscle relaxers worked best. Remember part if the surgery involved your pectoral muscle which can cause much pain. The wierd sensation threat Living Dreams describes is pretty accurate. I'm going thru that phase now. It too will pass. Stay positive.

My consult is today and surgery is tomorrow. very comforting to hear how others are doing so I don't panic about each and every pain and setback.

Hi, I'm also scheduled for the mini ubl in April, my surgery is on the 9th when is yours? I too am craving to see more pics of the mini, seeing Living Dreams' results is awesome, I'm hoping I get an outcome like hers.

I am scheduled on April 12th so your before me. I am crossing my fingers that my results are as good as living dreams. She was pretty good to begin with, honestly.
