When can I pick my 22 pound son up after breast augmentation?

I am getting breastimplants in a few days. I am going from a small B cup to a D cup. My baby is 22-24 pounds when can i lift him up, and carry him? I need to how much support i will need at home

Yes you can, as long as you do it gently. I often advise women to sit and let their children sit on their laps rather than reaching down to pick them up from a standing positon. You may need some help placing your child in a car seat the first 2-3 days after surgery because of soreness. You probably shouldn't be driving until the 3rd or 4th day anyway and only after you are off pain meds. Hope this helps. Dr. Mobley, Sarasota, Floriday
