I am getting breastimplants in a few days. I am going from a small B cup to a D cup. My baby is 22-24 pounds when can i lift him up, and carry him? I need to how much support i will need at home

Yes you can, as long as you do it gently. I often advise women to sit and let their children sit on their laps rather than reaching down to pick them up from a standing positon. You may need some help placing your child in a car seat the first 2-3 days after surgery because of soreness.
