petite build - big change

Dear all, I am 5.7 tall, 104 lbs., wearing a 32A bra, very petite build and thin. What do you think about epipectoral ( over the muscle ) placing of round high profile 365cc McGhan 120 implants ? Is it more a fake look or OK ? I prefer a 32 D cup.

I am 5'2", 112 lbs. extremely fit and was a 32A (after having 5 kids). My implants were 287CC silicone and I achieved a 32D. When you go to your surgeons office, you can have the surgeon measure your chest size to determine the appropriate size in terms of width and look at different profiles. I went with a moderate profile. Also look at before and after pictures to show your surgeon the look you are going after. No surgeon is going to guarantee you a cup size.

Hi,

for that implant style unfortunately still not, but in general I think with sizers on you really do not realize whether it does look fake or not.
