Gotta love tax returns:) Since pregnancy did this to my tummy I say its only fair that my son pay for my TT... and, he is thanks to his wonderful tax deductions:) Any extra expenses are gong on Care Credit... hopefully no more then 1,000-1,5000

We are going to use credit care for the entire expense. They don't penalize you for paying it off early as we intend to do.

Care Credit that is.

That's hilarious. I considered that, but we previously earmarked the tax return for some home improvements.

I have a stock fund from a previous employer (not a retirement fund, just a random investment) that hasn't been making or losing money for years. I decided to cash it in and do some "mom improvements".

I'll put 2/3 down in cash and the rest on my credit card (hello 18 months interest free on all purchases through 6/1!). I'm having the boobs done too, so a little pricier.

My will be a combination of my tax refund and the rest is going on my Mastercard (also hello 18 months interest free...lol Amy)!

I suppose I should probably get my taxes done soon though!!

Some doctors support carecredit.com loans. Mine doesnt accept any financing! Boo! My mom is putting it on her 0% interest credit card and i have to pay her $500 a month. Thank goodness for my mom!

1/2 from saving, 1/4 from tax refund & last 1/4 on credit card.

We were going to put it on a credit card, but then we maybe moving in June and so we just decided to pay for it in cash cause we don't want to have a balance. I am so torn on paying for it in cash though. I feel so guilty about it. Like I could keep it in savings and use it for kids college or something. So odd that I don't feel that way with a c/c balance. hmmm

Isnt that so funny! I feel like when you pay for things with cash you actually "see" the money go out of your account and it makes it much harder to part with.. Credit is just like... "eh, I'll deal with you later" :)

I got half of my husband's 401k in our divorce. That's what I used to pay for my tt. As they say, looking good is the best revenge! :)

I put it on my Mastercard, to get the Air Miles. To pay that off, I'm using inheritance $$.

I paid the surgery center and anestesia in cash $2,200 and put the other $5755 surgeon fee on chase health credit line with 0% interest for 18 months... hope i can pay it off in time!
mynewstart 314 11 Mar 2011
My doc does not take carecredit :-( So used a visa. I did not know chase had a health thing. I wonder if Chase wll let me transfer it over to that. My vis a is by Chase , thanks for posting blondiekj! On the phone I go....maybe I will get lucky and get the same deal.
mynewstart 314 11 Mar 2011
Oh well...I could not get that offer. Had to be new customer.r Worth a try.
blondiekj 14 Mar 2011
Wow that really stinks they wouldn't let you do the Chase Healthcare financing! I heard some dr.s don't offer that but mine was offering it and linked right into his website.
