Hello ladies!  For those who have already had their TT procedures, I'm very curious to know what pant size you were before your TT, and then after?

My hips looked HUGE for a while. Even if it doesn't seem like it, they are swollen, give it some time that will go away.

I'm 9 1/2 weeks PO and am finally able to get back into my jeans and pants. I'm the same size but now have no muffin top and don't have to tuck anything in. I didn't really get much swelling at all, not like some of the other ladies.

I was a 12 (tight and a huge muffin top) before surgery and I am still a 12 after surgery but no muffin top and they are comfy. I still have swelling so I have hope that I will go down to a 10 once the swelling resolves. However, it took me 10 weeks to even be able to button my pre op pants and just 12 weeks to wear them comfortably.

To update this I am now 5 months and am in a size 10 comfortably. So down from a really tight 12, to a great fitting 10.

I am almost 2 months post op and I was a size 8 to 10 before surgery and I cannot wear any of my pants. All of my tops look good but I still wear my garments. For some reason my thighs have gotten bigger..I have hips that I did not have before so my pants fit snug at the thighs. I can button them once I get them past those thighs..I did not gain any weight since the surgery and I started working out 3 weeks after surgery... I am just so swollen majority of the time its crazy..

Hi lifechanger, I am curious to know how you are doing now? I am 2 weeks po and I am sooo swollen I don't see the results and I am getting nervous. I get a glimpse when I first wake up but then the swelling begins and its horrible. My doc says it's only 2 weeks but I see others here and at 2 weeks they look great! Ahh so frustrated!

I think it's so awesome to read all your results! I can't wait to see what mine will be after my surgery. :)

I will be 6 months PO tomorrow and still swelling like all heck. Before the surgery I was wearing a 9 and now either comfortably a 5 or a 6 (even swelled). I can't wait to see where I am once the swelling stops :)

Hi, I was a 7/8, now I'm a 5/6 to 7/8. Why? Well, my waist is smaller but, I have large thighs. If I wear a 7/8 it's comfortable but, I would have to wear a belt with a 5/6 I don't but, it'll be a bit tighter in the thigh area. Hope this helps ... (almost 4 months Post op. )

I'm in a 16/18 but feel its all due to this huge yucky thing hanging off me. I can wear a 10/12 if I button under my flap lol. We will see! Hurry up and get her July 17!

Prior to TT I was a snug 16, comfortable 18 due to the HUGE roll of overhanging skin/fat I had in my lower abdomen from losing 90 pounds. The 16/18s would fit the horrendous roll & then look like parachute pants in my butt & legs, but I had to buy them big to fit the roll. I am almost 4 months postop & I'm wearing a tight 8, comfy 10. So, I guess I'm down 4 sizes!!!! YAY!!

That is fantastic!! I'm a 16 now because of my nasty belly! Can't wait for my TT. I am so nervous though!

I went from a tight 12 to a loose 8 in just 3 weeks. PS says I will be even smaller after my swelling goes down!

I have been wondering the same thing. My surgery is scheduled for july 30th...omg I cant wait. I def dont want to stay the same size ugghh.

So far still wearing same size :-( as pre-op & just now able to get them over my but & hips! By the end of the day even they are too tight from the swelling. The do look better since I don't have the fat roll sitting above my hooha....that was the thing I hated the most!! I'm hoping when the swelling let's up & I can get bac to wroking out 100% that I can go down a few sizes.....we shall see!!

Hi ladies, I lost about 2-3 pant sizes. I'm 5 months PO. I really didn't lose much weigh maybe 5-7lbs. The new contour of your body from tummy tuck all of your clothes will fit looser or be too big a few weeks after surgery. Immediately after surgery everything will be too small because of swelling. Hope this helps answer your question.

Thnx hotrodgirl. I'm at a 7 right now but agree that having a flat tummy and being able to wear form fitting clothes - and bathing suits - is more important. Thanks for the reply!

I haven't had surgery yet, but asked my ps what to expect. I am currently a size 8. But sometimes a 6 or 10 depending upon the clothing and style. He said that I would likely be a size 6 after surgery. I think that having a flat tummy and being able to wear more form fitting clothing is even more important then the size. I'm so looking forward to loosing my belt bulge.

All I want is my stomach to be smaller so my hips looker bigger.

Omg! Take my hips! All I want is for my hips to be smaller so they match my smallish waist. I hate my curves... They are too dramatic for me lol.
