Burning pain after tummy tuck since stitch came out in my drain

Had a Tummy Tuck, felt great, a now a stitch came out in my drain (3rd day) Pain in my right side and a little bulge that BURNS. Obviously must have overdid it?
Dr told me to walk around, no heavy lifting-----my 22 lbs kid isn't heavy--it never hurt at all. should he be repairing it? Will it heal itslef? will I have a "sloppy muscle" that will not repsond to weight training, exercise now? Help!!!
