Pain after breast augmentation in cold weather

I had a breast augmentation over a week ago. My left breast is much more tender and sore than the right one. It also appears to be a little more swollen. Also, my nipples hurt very badly although my surgery incision was under my breasts. Is this normal or should I see my doctor?
