What is best to treate deep large pore and acne scars?

I am 30yrs old female asian with bad scare for years and embarassed that i dont go anywhere. I went to consult a dermatology doctor and he told me that laser resurfacing is what i needed but he's not gurantee the result. he said he would look better than now but how much better he don't know. Should I do it? or if there's another proceedure. Please help me!!

In my opinion from your picture, your scarring is not that bad. I think you would be a good canditate for either a Non Ablative laser resurfacing (probably three treatments) or an Ablative Fractional laser(one treatment). The practitioner should be comfortable working with asian skin and you should absolutely have a spot treatment. I work with the Palomar laser at Dr. ANdrew Giacobbe's office and the results are great!
