Ohio Breast Implants Replacement Doctor Recommendations

Does anyone know of a surgeon in Ohio, preferrably a plastic and/or breast specialist who is willing to perform pro bono explantation of bi-laterally ruptured silicone/saline implants with silicone implant replacement?

I have never participated in any of the FDA registration, civil litigation, malpractice and/or product liability suits. I'm indigent, uninsured and have qualified for several medical coverage plans that will reimburse all fees/costs related to this surgery except for the surgeon's fees, which is why I am looking for a surgeon to donate his/her services. Any assistance, advice and/or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
