Oedema on my nose

Hello,  yesterday, i made injection of radiesse on my nose to fill the hollow and tip the pointer. the result was immediatly amazing but after 5hours , the tip started to becaming like a ball. Today i cannot see the tip of my nose. iks it normal ? thank you
