Nova Cosmetic Center Effectiveness?

I am wondering if any one has any input negative or positive on the Nova Cosmetic Center and what they advertise as far a non surgical treatment for capsular contracture. Is it a scam or is there anything legitimate about this? I was told I don't have capsular contracture by my surgeon, yet I have one higher uneven breast. I'm looking into options that are non surgical. I greatly appreciate any reply regarding this place.
