I have round nostril that flares and it shows in frontal view

Is there any way to reduce nostril-show and reshape the alar rim? Open rhinoplasty is undesirable for me, can alarplasty alone correct it?

It looks like alarplasty can be done with or without rhinoplasty by grafting cartilage and tissue from the ear to your nostrils. Doctors weigh in here.

Has anyone else had this done or is considering having this done?
