Nose tip too round after rhinoplasty

I had closed rhinoplasty, just yesterday (I'm asian). Physician told me PRE-OP, that my face was already in harmony but we can definitely raise the bridge,I emphasized the widened nose when I smile and what I feel are big nostrils and the round tip,now I know that he just placed some of my ear cartilage around my tip but i think my tip is still round (i know this is only 1 day post-op) but since we didn't have an open incision. Im just wondering what I should do? I wanted more of a pointed tip and smaller nostrils
