Fact.
"Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty and Sinus surgery can all potentially affect the quality of your voice," says Dr. Shervin Naderi, a facial plastic surgeon from Washington DC.

Although the changes are generally subtle enough that only trained musical ears can detect it, many vocalists just say "no" to nose jobs. Example: Barbara Streisand.

I certainly experienced a nasally voice for a few months after my initial rhinoplasty (but not after my revision!). It did go away, thank goodness.
