Nose implant and meningitis

My husband had a titanium  nose implant 6 months ago and has had bacterial meningitis 3 times since then. Is this related ?  How can I get proof ?

Wow, I'm so sorry about your husband's recurrent meningitis. I've never heard of it being related to an implant, but I'm no medical professional either. Is it viral or bacterial meningitis?
