Eligible for rhinoplasty?

I'm considering rhinoplasty surgery, as I am now old enough.I have yet to see a surgeon, and it may be a while before I can get into contact with one. As far as I know, there may be quite a few legit surgeons on here, so I turn to you people. Do you believe my nose can be "fixed"? I wish to make it smaller, along with smaller nostrils to increase my self confidence. I don't have any "profile" pics, and this pic was the closest I could get to a side view.
