Anyone Gone to Northwestern University for a Tummy Tuck?

I've lost 45% of my body weight and need a tuck desperately. I've consulted 2 surgeons who are way out of my price range. I was wondering if anyone here has gone to Northwestern and the experience/cost. thanks
