Northern California Melasma treatment doctor recommendations

Any recommendations of doctors who can treat melasma for Asian skin in Northern California area? I live in San Jose. I already tried various topical cream such as IPL, CO2, Fraxel (damaged my skin further) without any success. Thank you!
