Is it normal to get white blisters/in growns with swelling right after laser removal?

Laser removal was done on my husband's underarm over a week ago. This blisters began about 2 days afterwards and have only gotten worse. We have put triple antibiotics, aloe vera gel, and witch hazel when cleaning it off. We really do not know what to do now but the laser institute says they have never seen this.

I realize this is an older post and things have been taken care of, but someone else might experience this. It looks like folliculitis (bacterial infection of the follicles) and not a laser burn. See a doctor for antibiotic prescription or a true diagnosis.

After a second look at the pic there may be a burn spot or two, but it still looks infected.
