Is this normal? Double bubble or just swelling?

I had TABA breast augmentation on April 10. I am noticing a puffy area under my left breast and am concerned that I have a double bubble. My plastic surgeon has given me two somewhat conflicting explanations now and that has me wondering. Initially I was told under the muscle implants react this way and it's normal. Then I was told that I had tuberous breasts and this crease will disappear over the next four months. Do either of these explanations sound accurate?
