New to the site..advice please?

Hi everyone! Im so happy I stumbled upon this site. I love the advice , the knowledge, and encouragement from the community. I've been looking into BBL for over a year but would get stop because I would get discouraged cuz I wouldn't know where to look or how to start. I live in NYC and Im on a fixed budget, in school and bartend plus live on my own. Im tall and thick working with a lil smthn back there already but need more plus I have a pooch that just refuses to go away. Working as a bartender it's all about looks and even worse when ur one in the Big Apple. I would love to get this procedure done but I know I can't out right afford $10,000 plus my credit I doubt is really up to par to qualify for financing. Plus my parents and boyfriend does NOT agree with my interest in this so I would have to be on my own. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Where to go? Advice?
