Well I've had my chest done because I lost 80 lbs and they did NOT recover well. I tried to get my stomach to 'snap back' and that didn't go so well!

Hopefully I won't want much else maybe when I'm a lot older... like in a year LOL!

But seriously I don't want to look like Joan Rivers so I'll just see how things go.

hi vision, welcome to the 6th July club lol. I too am trying to get everything in order. I go on holiday the week before and am having the surgery done the day after I get home, so I've got a lot to sort out beforehand. How are you feeling, are you nervous x

hey helenes at least you've been through it before, I'm kind of nearly backing out, to say I've got the wobbles don't even come close to how I'm feeling. Did you get the wobbles before you surgery last year

No, I mean day of I was nervous. I've had lower back surgery, my neck fused, gallbladder out and foot surgery so this is a piece of cake! LOL

Also the breast surgery hurt but I knew how great it would look after. They were HORRIBLE! Looked like pancake batter being poured into a griddle! LOL

I will be going for my surgery on jun 1st im so excited i been reading everything from before and after surgery good and bad but just try to ignore the bad and keep the possitive ..im just as excited I wish u Luck sugar and Im here for any questions after my surgery .....

Thanks, I need all of the support I can get!! I have only told the absolute necessary people ( sister is going to take care of me) I have told NO friends. They all leave for lake houses for the summer, so they won't be around. I really need folks to talk to, and my husband can only take so much, lol

You will find tons of info from reading reviews and also watching the boards. We ladies are all here to support each other and share our journey...and it is definitely a journey. I think of it as a marathon and definitely not a sprint. You will find there will be ups and downs, good days and bad but you will be soooo incredibly happy with your decision! tuckthattummy.com has a lot of helpful info such as preop and post op instructions, shopping lists etc. and kimmers on here has some great and funny lists and a month by month recovery log.
