nervous about scheduling the surgical appointment

I recently got the good news that my insurance will cover a large portion of the rhinoplasty surgery due to breathing issues. I have wanted this for a very long time. Why am I scared now that it is finally becoming a reality?
Because it was theoretical and in the abstract before and now it's the real deal! I felt that way, too. But also excited.
