A little nervous!

Hello everyone!  I am currently looking into BR.  I am 5'4 with 42DDD!  I absolutly hate them!  Back, neck, shoulder pain for years now!  If I could go down to a B cup I would.  Has anyone heard of a doctor going down that small?
