has anyone had nerve damage to abdomen (just above belly button) from procedure lippodissolve or any other abdomen surgery?

I had a tummy tuck years ago due to a herniated muscle. Ever since then, I have not been able to feel below my belly button. My doctor told me this might be a side effect. It doesn't bother me, though.
